The attention to detail was outstanding, featuring a fully deployed website and a recorded video demo. 🥈 Second Place — Parquet / CAR Conversion Tool ($999)

The Parquet / CAR Conversion Tool impressed us with its practicality and strong technical foundation. By simplifying data handling across various storage formats, this tool not only addresses an essential need but also aligns closely with Storacha’s mission. 🥉 Third Place — SovereignAISearch ($666)

SovereignAISearch earned third place for its forward-thinking approach to user sovereignty in decentralized storage. This project demonstrated both a valuable concept and a unique perspective on data independence, with plenty of potential for future development. Great work, SovereignAISearch!

🎖️ Honorable Mention — Capy ($333)

Capy received an Honorable Mention for its outstanding user-friendly design and accessibility. Its simplicity and ease of navigation make it an exemplary model of approachable tech. Accessibility is at the core of any successful tech solution, and Capy delivered a project that is easy to engage with. Bravo, Capy team!

Why These Projects Rose to the Top

To ensure a fair and rigorous judging process, our panel evaluated each project based on key hackathon criteria: technical execution, innovation, scalability, attention to detail, and overall presentation. We placed special emphasis on originality and reproducibility — each project was required to be fully created by the participants, ensuring that all submissions were transparent and authentic. Our judges reviewed each project repository to verify reproducibility, underscoring our commitment to transparency and creativity in the Storacha community.

Prize Distribution Details

For our winners, prize distribution will be coordinated through the TAIKAI platform. Each winning team will be contacted directly to confirm their payment information. Teams will have 14 days to submit their details, and rewards will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
